In questi giorni, il popolo Greco è sottoposto a gravi e pesanti pressioni internazionali da parte dell’Unione Europea, della Banca Centrale Europea e del Fondo Monetario Internazionale. Tali pressioni sono del tutto tese a influenzare gli esiti del referendum previsto il prossimo 5 luglio, momento in cui il popolo greco è chiamato a decidere sul proprio futuro.
Siamo certi che oggi più che mai è necessario scendere in piazza, per rigettare ogni diktat che imponga la negazione di reddito e diritti a parte della popolazione greca, in nome di un debito causato da quella politica finanziaria delle potenze occidentali che oggi battono cassa.
La nostra esperienza di lotta per una terra smilitarizzata e la possibilità per i territori di autodeterminarsi non può che simpatizzare con quella del popolo greco, che sta provando ad autodeterminarsi rispetto a misure di austerity rigide e ingiustificate.
Del resto, le pressioni che in questi giorni sta subendo il popolo greco non sono del tutto nuove e sono legate non solo alle politiche europee ma anche alla militarizzazione che le criminali politiche della Nato e degli Usa impongono ai paesi del Mediterraneo. Secondo Wikileaks, infatti, il governo greco, nel 2009, comunicò alla NATO e al Segretario della Difesa USA l’intenzione di ridurre del 15% le proprie spese militari, in modo da far fronte all’incalzante crisi economica investendo quel denaro in “programmi sociali”. La NATO rigettò queste legittime richieste e costrinse il governo greco ad acquistare nuovi F-16, contribuendo ad aggravare la crisi sociale del paese.
Per tutti questi motivi non possiamo che esprimere la nostra vicinanza alla Grecia quindi, in lotta contro un’Europa che pretende di imporre la propria sovranità economica a dispetto di esigenze umane e reali.
D’altronde, questa è la stessa Europa che innalza altissime frontiere nei confronti dei migranti, ma poi stende il tappeto rosso agli Stati Uniti, permettendo loro di militarizzare i nostri territori con basi come quelle del Muos, di Sigonella e innumerevoli e costosissime macchine da guerra.

Αυτές τις μέρες, ο ελληνικός λαός βρίσκεται κάτω από μεγάλες και σημαντικές διεθνείς πιέσεις της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης, της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας και του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου. Αυτές οι πιέσεις έχουν σαν σκοπό να επηρεάσουν τα αποτελέσματα του δημοψηφίσματος που διεξάγεται στις 5 Ιουλίου, στιγμή κατά την οποία ο ελληνικός λαός καλείται να αποφασίσει για το μέλλον του. Πιστεύουμε απόλυτα πως σήμερα, περισσότερο από ποτέ είναι απαραίτητο να κατέβει όλος ο κόσμος στους δρόμους, και να απορρίψει κάθε επιταγή που περιορίζει μισθούς, συντάξεις και δικαιώματα του ελληνικού λαού, στο όνομα ενός χρέους που δημιουργήθηκε από εκείνη την οικονομική πολιτική των δυνάμεων της Δύσης που σήμερα θέλουν απλά να υποτάσσουν λαούς και δικαιώματα. Η εμπειρία των αγώνων μας για μία γη χωρίς νατοϊκές βάσεις και στρατιωτικό έλεγχο είναι άμεσα συνδεδεμένη με την εμπειρία του ελληνικού λαού που προσπαθεί να αυτο-οργανωθεί απέναντι στα αυστηρά και ανεξήγητα μέτρα λιτότητας.Οι πιέσεις που υποφέρει αυτές τις μέρες ο ελληνικός λαός δεν είναι διόλου καινούργιες, αντίθετα συνδέονται άμεσα όχι μόνο με τις ευρωπαϊκές πολιτικές, αλλά και με την στρατιοτικοποίηση που επιβάλλεται στις χώρες της Μεσογείου από την εγκληματική πολιτική του ΝΑΤΟ και των Ηνωμένων Πολιτειών. Σύμφωνα με την πηγή Wikileaks, η ελληνική κυβέρνηση, το 2009, ενημέρωσε το ΝΑΤΟ και τον γραμματέα του Υπουργείου Άμυνας των ΗΠΑ για την πρόθεσή της να μειώσει κατά 15% τον προϋπολογισμό για στρατιωτικό εξοπλισμό με σκοπό να αντιμετωπίσει την οικονομική κρίση, αξιοποιώντας αυτά τα χρήματα σε “κοινωνικά προγράμματα”. Το ΝΑΤΟ απέρριψε τις δίκαιες αυτές προτάσεις και απαίτησε να αγοραστούν νέα F-16 από την ελληνική κυβέρνηση, έχοντας μ’αυτόν τον τρόπο ευθύνη για την διόγκωση της κοινωνικής κρίσης της χώρας.
Για όλους αυτούς τους λόγους δεν μπορούμε παρά να εκφράσουμε την αλληλεγγύη μας προς την Ελλάδα, στην μάχη ενάντια σε μία Ευρώπη που προσδοκεί να επιβάλλει την οικονομική της υπεροχή ενάντια στις ανθρώπινες και πραγματικές ανάγκες. Αυτή είναι η ίδια Ευρώπη που υψώνει υψηλότατα σύνορα ενάντια στους πρόσφυγες, κι έπειτα στρώνει το κόκκινο χαλί στις Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες Αμερικής, επιτρέποντάς τους να στρατιωτικοποιούν τις χώρες μας με βάσεις όπως η Muos, η Sigonella καθώς και άλλες αμέτρητες και πανάκριβες μηχανές πολέμου.

In these days Greeks are exposed to serious and heavy international pressures by European Union, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund. These pressures have the aim to influence the results of the referendum that will take place next 5th July, a day that represents a chance for Greeks to decide about their future.
We believe that, today more than ever, it is necessary to take streets, in order to reject every diktat that imposes the negation of income and rights for a part of Greece population. These negations are made in the name of a debt generated by monetary politics of those Western powers that now are holding out the hat. Our struggle experience, for the demilitarization and self-determinations of lands, sympathizes with Greeks’ struggle, a great effort to self-determinate against the rigid and unjustified measures of austerity. However, it has to be said that pressures that in this days Greeks are suffering are not new. These pressures are not just tied to European politics, but they are also related to criminal politics of militarization that Nato and USA impose to Mediterranean countries. According to Wikileaks in fact, Greece government in 2009 communicated to Nato and USA Secretary of Defense the purpose to reduce its military acquisitions, in order to deal with the pressing economic crisis and invest money in “social programs”. Nato rejected this purpose, and forced Greece government to purchase some new F-16, contributing in this way to worsen the social crisis of the country.
Because of all this reasons, we express our solidarity to Greeks’ struggle against that kind of Europe that imposes his economic sovereignty, without taking care to human and real needs. After all, this is the same kind Europe that builds up high borders against immigrants but then permits to United States to militarize our lands with military bases like MUOS, Sigonella and other countless and expensive dead machines.
